Example. Names and figures are made up.

A review cycle, in two steps.

Included in Scale, and an add-on on the plans below it.

  1. You choose who writes about whom

Lead about team, team about lead, colleagues about one person, or pairs, plus self-reviews. You see every pair before launch.

  2. HR shares, then the person reads

Sharing the last one closes the cycle.

Every review is read in full, not as one number.

Each reviewer's card holds every answer and their own overall rating.

  • The average sits above the cards, with how many reviews came in.
  • Your own questions. Ratings of 1 to 5 or 1 to 10, written answers and choices.
  • Nothing reaches the person until HR shares it, once every review is in or collection has ended.

Access does not follow rank.

Reading reviews is a permission you grant, not a perk of leading a team.

Granted, not inherited
Only people you grant access read results. Managing someone opens nothing.
The person reads theirs
On their own page once shared, with earlier cycles kept, newest first.
Reviewers see their own forms
Only the forms they were asked to fill in.
