Your assistant, working inside WizzHire. Ask in plain language, with your own permissions.
Example. Names and figures are made up.
Ask instead of looking. Answers from your own WizzHire, in the window you already have open.
Who is away
Leave, balances and the work-time record, in one answer.
Who is off next week?
Candidates worth your time
Approvals you owe, missed deadlines, applications nobody opened.
Who needs me on the Backend role?
Follow-ups due today
Each one with the message written and ready to send.
Who should I follow up with today?
Where the money stands
Deals, invoices and payments, without building a report.
What is still unpaid?
It prepares. You decide. Drafts and routine changes are done for you. The decisions stay with people.
Routine changes, done
Her whole onboarding moves with her, each change marked as made by an assistant.
Drafts, ready to check
Written and put on your list. You send them, from your own inbox or LinkedIn.
Decisions, by a person
Rejecting, hiring, sending, launching a review, deleting. None of them can be asked for.
Example. Names and figures are made up.
What it will never do. Enforced in WizzHire, not asked of the assistant.
Your assistant asks
Approve Grace's leave for Friday.
WizzHire checks, every time
- Your role allows it
- Your plan includes it
- You allowed changes
- Recorded before it runs
It gets back
Only what you may see.
- It works as you
- Your companies, your modules, your role's data. Nothing an admin sees that you do not.
- Read-only, if you want
- Choose it when you approve the connection, whatever the assistant asked for.
- It never sends or deletes
- No tool exists for either, so no assistant can do it, however it is asked.
- Candidates' details stay out
- A candidate's email, phone and CV file never pass through an assistant.
- Anonymous stays anonymous
- Nobody learns who reviewed them. Anonymous free text never leaves WizzHire.
- Everything is on the record
- Every call is logged and every change marked. One click in settings cuts it off.
Connected in three steps. No IT, nothing installed, no keys handed around.

Ask
In plain language. The answer comes back where you already work.
Works with Claude, ChatGPT and any client that speaks MCP.
Questions about the connection
What is MCP?
An open standard for connecting an AI assistant to a system it can work in, the way you connect it to your calendar or files. WizzHire runs its own MCP server.
Which assistants can I connect?
Claude, ChatGPT and any other MCP client. Some only offer connectors on paid plans, so check yours first.
Can it see everything in my company?
No. It works as you: the companies you belong to, the modules on your plan, and what your role shows you in the app.
Can it send emails or messages for me?
No. It writes the message and puts it on your list. You send it and mark it done.
What happens to our data?
What you type is covered by your agreement with your assistant's provider. We hand over only what you ask for, log every call, and train nothing on it.
How do I disconnect it?
Settings, connected AI apps, Disconnect. Access stops at once.
Ask an AI how it would work with WizzHire
Opens the question in the assistant you already use, set to read this page first.
